Holdover Software is a studio of CM Collective LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company. CM Collective LLC owns and operates holdoversoftware.com and develops the apps published under the Holdover Software name.
None of our apps collect, store off-device, or transmit personal data. In Holdover Ballistics, all ballistic profiles, settings, zero histories, and calculations are stored locally on your device. Poplings likewise collects nothing; see its own policy for the detail a parent needs.
We do not use third-party analytics or tracking services in any app we ship. No usage data, device identifiers, or behavioral information is collected or shared with any third party.
Holdover Ballistics does not require an internet connection to function. The app performs all calculations on-device and does not communicate with external servers during normal use.
Our apps collect nothing, as described above. This website is separate. If you email us or, in the future, submit your email address through a signup or beta-interest form on this site, CM Collective LLC receives the information you choose to provide (such as your email address, along with the date of submission and general region) solely to respond to you or to notify you about our apps. We do not sell it or use it for advertising, and you can ask us to delete it at any time by emailing [email protected].
The site carries no advertising, no analytics, and no tracking pixels. It is hosted by Cloudflare Pages, which, like any web host, processes standard technical request information such as an IP address in order to serve the page and protect the site from abuse.
We do not sell, rent, or transfer your information to third parties. The apps collect no data to share; any information you submit through this website is used only to respond to you or notify you as described above.
Holdover Ballistics is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 years of age through that app or through this website.
We do also publish an app made for children, Poplings. It collects no personal information from anyone, of any age. Because the terms that apply to a children's app are different, that app has its own policy rather than being covered here: see the Poplings privacy policy.
If we update this privacy policy, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new date.
